Connect In Nature

We offer weekly facilitated walks bringing together small groups in a variety of beautiful natural environments (including Bayside Trail, Botanic Gardens, Albert Park Lake). 

These walks take you outdoors with others for an hour, beginning with a short breathing practice to connect our body and mind and closing with a short meditation practice. 

Pace and distance will be adapted to the needs of participants.  Our focus is not about achieving a particular distance or speed but about the quality of the experience and mindfully moving forwards together.
