Incorporating movement of your body in our therapeutic sessions enables you to harness the combined power of your body and mind to enhance your wellbeing. One-on-one therapeutic walks are arranged in a location convenient to you (your local park, gardens, beach, or forest).
Moving as we conduct our sessions together allows us to:
