Connect – Bringing Psychology to Life

Positive Moves Wellbeing is committed to building a community of wellbeing offering facilitated self-care experiences and therapeutic activities for small groups.

We are particularly committed to bring self-care to those parenting and caring for others and recognise you can’t pour from an empty vessel. We bring our services out of the clinic and into your life – working in your community and natural environment to build micro connections with every session or event. We also invite you to extend your network of relationships through joining some of our events.

Positive Moves Wellbeing can work with you to bring wellbeing sessions to your community – perhaps a carer neglecting their self care, someone in need of support on the road to recovery, a friend who going through a tough time, or the wellbeing of your existing social group (your book group, parents group, work group).
