Positive Moves Wellbeing encourages a different perspective on mental health. Years of experience as a psychologist led me to recognise that addressing mental health in isolation has limited impact.  We are whole beings with bodies and minds impacted by the environment we create for them.  An integrated approach to wellbeing is essential. 

In a world filled with complexity and demands, a few key factors are central our health – our capacity to breathe, the manner in which we move and use our body, how we nourish our body and mind, and the connections we form with others and our natural environment. I tailor coaching, therapy and self-care experiences to your needs harnessing your motivation, establishing positive habits, and embedding behaviour that aligns with your values. You are invited to become an active participant in making the changes you want to see.
